Rachel's therapeutic style is client-centered and she enjoys both a collaborative and creative approach when working with clients as they move with and through the challenges that life inevitably brings. Rachel is passionate about working with the mind-body-spirit connection- how it presents itself in our daily lives as a means for growth, understanding, and compassion, as well as strength, power, and beauty.

Rachel utilizes various techniques and modalities with clients, but has found her niche in the therapeutic modality of Brainspotting, as it is both an incredibly accessible and intuitive modality, and she has seen nothing offer relief and healing in such a profoundly effective and efficient way as she has seen with Brainspotting; it is both a brain and body-based therapy, as well as a mindfulness-based practice, making it extremely versatile and covering all bases! Brainspotting is Rachel’s current focus in regards to therapy and working with Clients, for more info, go here and here. Additionally, everything listed below can be supported using Brainspotting.
