Rachel provides individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Rachel has experience working with a variety of clientele going through a multitude of symptoms including, but not limited to:

  • Learning disorders such as ADHD, Dyslexia and/or Dysgraphia.

Rachel's style is client-centered and she enjoys a collaborative and creative approach to working with clients in order to move through the challenges that present themselves. Rachel utilizes various techniques and modalities with clients, including, but not limited to:

  • CBT
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Yoga and Ayurveda
